Refunds and fraudlent debit

My dad had an account which was handled by Pholosa Credit Solutions which i have started quering it as ealry as February writing n extensive e-mails and making extensive calls to their call center until they gave me details of the lady by Hilary Steyn who push my dad account 's problem which she discovered it was wrongfully debited and they refunded R9000 something. But what concerned is they started to deduct money again and if I demand closing letter account. The lady by the name of Gugu Dhlamini promised to sent a letter and progress about the matter. Their call center is unreliable and glueless, I have asked the call centre agent if is possible to meet management and she told me its not possible. I still call it if one debit you and they dont have answers. I call staff members I communicated with incompetent and unreliable. If Pholosa Management read these and need my communication between me and their staff and I am willing to provide.
Only thing I need from this company is Letter confirming my dad account is closed and his June refund!
