Unacceptable service

I resigned from my company in Jan 2013.My documentation for provident fund withdrawel was submitted end Feb. I was informed by my prev employer that I should receive my payout within 6weeks. After waiting 10 weeks and not receiving my payout (also no feedback) I decided to contact my prev employer to follow up on the payment. They assured me they submitted the documents. This was the start of a back and forth struggle and frustration to eventually get my money paid. I contacted AF directly and was informed that they never received it. After again resending the documentation they assured me my money will be paid within a week. After a week and again no feedback I contacted them to follow up after which I was informed they require addisional documentation. After this was submitted I again had to contact them several times (still with no feedback) to finally get paid. This morning I decided to contact AF just to confirm that I was taxed correctly. They informed me that I was not taxed and it was a mistake. And they dont know why. They said they will investigate and come back within 3-5 working days AND IF I DONT HEAR FROM THEM I NEED TO CONTACT THEM! This level of service is unacceptable.
