I went under debt review last year and later found out I was pregnant. I had made arrangements with the Debt Counsellor that duration of my maternity leave I will not be receiving a salary so the payments will be on hold until I get back. All my creditors were issued with letters and court order yet ABSA decided that they will cancel my debt review on their own with out consulting anyone about this matter.
We have been transferred and taking to every so called manager and are so called investigating the matter. The have since issued me with a Summons and want me to pay legal fees. I have every e-mail and corresponded with ABSA.
ABSA continue to deny the fact that they received all the documents.
There is no one willing to assist resolve this matter. This is beyond pathetic.
Are there any competent people that work there?
