I was place on medicall disability. I`ve contacted Wesbank and sent them letters informing them of this. I also told them that I`m waiting for my pension pay out and that I can not pay my account as their is no income at present. From that day I`m been harrased for payment, the people who phones got quite an attitude and does not listen when I have to explain everything to them again and again. The whole time this contract was running each and every payment was made every month without any default, now that I`m placed on pension and waiting for my monthly pension pay outs before I can pay them they just not want to listen to any reason. In the past I used your services and now when I need just a little bit of understanding you get kicked. There are only six payments left on the vehicle and the whole outstanding amount will be settled as soon as I receive my pension, but to get them to understand is like teaching a lion to eat vegatables
