My Mom passed on in 2011 and i have since strungled to get payment regarding her pension. I have had to post documents a couple of times. I have called the call centre and the last time i called i was told my claim is with payments and that was trully not helpful as i did not know what was the meaning of that.. can someone please explain to me because we "my siblings"are in the dark as to what is going on..
