A claim was lodged with OOBA to repair the geyser, the service provider was sent to my house, did not complete the job, geyser was not connected, not hot water, electrical wires lying open in the roof, power tripping. When the 24 hour call centre was called to resove the query, they were unable to assist, the OOBA manager responsible send me a messgae via the call centre to call her duing office hours, and the plumber did the same, apparntly he also only work office hours.
