Absa's service - I am enough!!!

I am seriously annoyed by this bank. Your general enquiries is rubbish (also shocked by hearing the consultant swearing while i am on hold). i have spend time on the phone and not getting any assistant, as we speaking while I am typing this, the very same consultant named Hugh put me on hold for a good 14 minutes (which i am getting billed for at work to get his team leader Dayne Africa who also told me there is a technical problem which they cannot do anything about it. Everytime when i check my bank statement, it does not make sense, the notify me messages get delivers after hours or days. They cannot assist with the simple things, why would they accept call when they cannnot even offer any assistant or send a courtesy text to alrm us of this technical problem? instead they put me on hold and continue telling me the same thing 'Mam thats nothing we can do". I have been transfering money and i am not even sure if the transactions went through or not. what if i have fuplicated payments? who is going to run arround reversing all those transactions. ABSA treat people like as if its a favour to bank with them, I am flipping ANGRY at this point spending 24 minutes on calls.
