I was involved in an accident and though thankfuly I was not injurred in any way, I was nevertheless fairly distressed about the loss of my much-loved vehicle. Being my first accident and claim, I was not sure what to expect, but the team at Outsurance was very professional and proactive. It was very obvious that Outsurance attaches much importance to minimising the turn-around time for claims processing. The assessor was a tad bit intimidating at first, but turned out to be a really reasonable professional. In the end I did get something out, as the slogan goes. I'd like to say well done and keep it up!
