On 22 August 2013 @ 7h56 I deposited R7400 in ATM 5284 the machine accepted the deposit, I received an SMS but the card was retained. I received two slip with code: 0231 & 0047. Now where is my deposit now?
I logged a complaint reference number 1220885838 and informed the agent of the card taken away and the deposit. This also proves there is no cross functional interaction among departments. Standard Bank Sandrige front desk this morning was sitting with three customer complaints of poor ATM/s in the area.
