Not following up on customers

Good day,

One of your consultants called me last week and enquired if I would be interested in upgrading my achiever account to a prestige account.

I said that I would like to do so. She advised that someone will call me on Monday to arrange that.

Today is Thursday and no-one had called me yet.

Maybe someone will call me if I go into a branch to move all my business to FNB or NEDBANK?
