I will keep this short, I have tried to someone from the Prestige banking division to call me, so that I can move from Elite to a Prestige account. I have waked into Cape Gate branch and also called the call centre to have this done. Till now no one has called me regarding this simple transmission. Now as a customer I can move my service to FNB with one call or I can hope standard bank call me. If they do not call me by end of business 23th Jan, I will move my services to another bank, simple
