Loan declined due to Standard Bank's incompetence

I went to the Standard Bank Branch in Northmead last Saturday to apply for a loan, I had to go through the whole process just to be told they were offline. Monday I called again, to be told they were offline again. I then decided to go to the Nicol Way branch on Monday to go through the whole process again. I completed and signed all the forms. Tuesday I was told it was accepted and just needed to come in a sign which I did. I then received a call later that day saying they had forgotten to let me sign the income and expenses form so needed to come in yet again the next day to sign. I went in the Wednesday to sign and was told Thursday I would know if it was accepted or not. At this stage I was rather confused as I was told it was accepted and signed forms stating my monthly repayments. Obviously did not hear from SBSA and had to go in today to be told it was declined.

Reason- I was in the negative on my Student Achiever account (by R42.39 which I was not aware of at all)) and no motivation will help in getting the loan approved! I am disgusted as my Student Achiever account was suppose to be closed when I upgraded my account!! Now due to SBSA I cannot get a loan!!
