A client of Amsure/Auto and General drove into the back of my car 4 weeks ago. Since that time I have been trying to make a third party claim from A&G. After endless costly phone calls, being sent for an assessment and asked to submit a range of documents - twice, because the first batch was misplaced - I get a phone call today telling me the client isn't covered.
Surely you establish this before you ask the third party claimant to waste a month of time, energy and resources driving to assessment centres and submitting a range of confidential documents?
