Trying to do the right thing before its too late

I phoned in to try and make and arrangement for January with my Car Payment. I currently have an Very good payment record and my car is up to date. My Wife lost her Job in December and only started working a week ago so so will not get n full months salary.

So i thought i will phone in and inquire if i could have a month payment gap for January. From February everything will be back to normal. So i call, speak to Michael - explain situation and he is so nice, sorry about your wife's jobs etc. He cannot help me but puts me through to Nonkuleneko??? (When i asked she rambled her name off) Explained situation to her and she starts threatning me with the fact that my payment profile will be affected if they make an "Arrangement".

So i though this is nonsense, as i AM TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING, before i just not pay for one month. So i insist to speak to a manager, get put through to "Pamela Gouden"? again i am told that it will affect my payment profile if they make an arrangement.

Which is absolute bulldust as i am trying to do the right thing here, but Wesbank wants the payment profile tarnished ok So i wasted time and money on doing the right thing. So much for helping!
