I have 2 accounts with Morkels that I have been paying via debit order but them lost my job, I called in and explained the situation that I am currently unemployed and then after 3 months I got a new job it just then happened that Jaco a guy from Morkels legal calls me to say that I need to make a payment before end of the month or else he is blacklisting me and collecting my furniture. This is not a payment arrangement he tells me he wants me to pay so much on this day or else and because I did not pay for 3 months I told him I had lost my job informed Morkels and that I had recently started working and get paid end of this month and will make a payment plus pay something towards the arrears but he maintains he is going to blacklist me and come and collect my furniture. I have 10 days before I get paid and he says is not waiting for that.
Can someone please assist me or advise what I must do, I am willing to pay but only end of the month because that is when I get paid. I am not sure if Morkels checked credentials of the legal but I think threats and harassment is unacceptable you then don't have to say payment arrangement as this is by far not an arrangement feels a loan.
