Standard Bank Insurance must be the worst insurance ever...
Between them and there so called "Experienced Assessor's" CAPS, the service is terrible, they have terrible attitude and to try get a claim processed and sorted out is non-existant. They clearly dont know what they are doing and can not get the job done without it being a huge problem. I am still waiting for this so called insurance to submit the claim and get an answer, they dont care if you sit without a vehicle or not, they clearly DO NOT care about their clients as we are not important to them... the level of service and turn around time is disgusting and pathetic and i would not advise or recommend anybody to use Standard Bank for any type of insurance.
standard Bank is not moving forward at all more like backwards
