The above mentioned person at Miway has no regard for someone who is not their client. Most terrible service I have ever received. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their client bumped into me on the 18th of June 2013, today is the 28th of August 2013 and the claim has not been paid out as yet. In two months I have heard: your claim nr has been mixed up with someone elses, we didn't receive the paperwork, we are waiting for client feedback. Now everything has been settled and I hear it will take 7days to pay out. WHERE IN THIS COUNTRY, EVEN IF YOU ARE WITH A DIFFERENT BANK, DOES MONEY TAKE A WEEK TO CLEAR??? They have no regard for anyone, they and they will simply ignore you if it suits them. Every time I call I have to refresh Yashveer on the claim. This is unacceptable. Two months without transport because they cannot do their work! I have taken the matter further. Lets see if their proof or my proof wins.
