At the end of May I contacted Outsurance for a quote. They advised immediately that they cannot compete with the existing policy that was in place. No one has requested my banking details or a copy of the policy that was in place at the time. When I queried this the gentlemen advised that another staff member will contact me. Approximately 3 - 4 weeks later I contacted the call centre and was advised they they will look into it but nothing has happened since. This morning I sent a sms again to 44495 and very promptly a staff member contacted me. When I asked about the R400 Claim back I was advised that I only have 30 days to follow up on the R400. Not the kind of service I expected.
