Shopping at the istoreonline shop allows you to checkout using Discovery 12 Months 0% interest - which is what I did, paid on 16th August, got the device 20th, and the charge for the device (R11k odd) was on my straight facility. I queried via email and they told me a few days later that they will move the charge to my budget facility in 3 working days. 4 working days later nothing, I email and they tell me they'll respond within 3-5 working days to get it solved.
This is absolute nonsense. So if I want to take advantage of this publicised great 12 months interest free offer I must go through this each time? What if I never enquired? It would just stay on my straight facility?? Luckily I don't need to use the R11k on my straight facility that this purchase is currently blocking, what if I did? I hope I am not going to be charged interest on this outstanding straight amount too.
Sort yourselves out, this is very unprofessional.
