No Response as promised

Hi,

I have requested a tax certificate for the year ending 28 Feb 2013 on my home loan (8068510142) about two weeks ago. ABSA confirmed that I will receive it within 5 days. I phone them again on Friday and apparently my email address was incorrect on their system. They changed it. The person that send out the certificates was on lunch and they promised that I will receive the statement by 14:00. Up to date I still have not received anything.

I just don't feel like phoning them again. I have done my part, now they need to respond.
