TWO months to sort a claim and still NOT happy!
Was told to collect car after 2 weeks - car had added damage (including scratches to body, stone chips to bonnet & windscreen)
2 weeks later windscreen replaced - no other damages repaired
Car broke down day after collection - car had added damage - loss of water and engine broken!
after 2 MONTHS car written off & I am left with no transport to work & back! I will NEVER suggest OUTSURANCE to anyone!
