Extremely Bad Service

Good day.

My name is Thando, I spoke to Tshepo an agent from F4W as I needed a quotation for the BMW1series and told him that I needed a quotation and the car will only be delivered around the 24th of August did not specify the date as I was not sure myself. I did not take delivery of the car and they have debited an amount of R2129 from account. The cover was cancelled on the 20th of August. I sent an email to F4W and on the 26th of August they debited an R2129. I called them on the 28th of August in the morning for a refund and I was told that the refund will only take 5days and was given a ref number 4520433. I called them yesterday afternoon and today as well. They keep on sending mefrom pillar to post. I request for a manger or supervisor yesterday and I was put through to the Retention department I spoke to Sakhiwo and I was told my matter will escalated the relevant person. Im not getting any response from anyone and I still dont have a refund. My debit orders did not go through because of this matter and I was suppose to take my car but couldnt as im still waiting for F$W to refund me back. Please help urgently.
