Five Star Service Received. Highly Recommend

I recently purchased a new car. Just 9 days after driving my new car out the showroom I was in an accident. Alone in the car, on the freeway, at night and 5 months pregnant I was distressed to say the least - and remained pretty upset and emotional about it for the next few days while sorting out reporting it, getting car collected, getting courtesy hire car etc. I contacted A&G that night to report it and the next day again to give the full details at which stage I talked to Riyaaz Arendse. He was incredibly thorough, warm and patient helping me to go through all the details and walking me through what I needed to do. He advised exact response times with regard to my claim so I knew where I stood, came back to me before those times in each instance and made the whole process go very smoothly and I felt re-assured at all times. Perhaps I am a cynic but I assumed an insurer would aggressively question me on the details to put me on my nerves and than try refute my claim. I found that Riyaaz, while paying close attention to the detail, was still patient and kind throughout the process which is greatly appreciated.
