I paid my account on the 26 August 2013. A lady form the Foschini Group phoned me on the 29 August 2013 to confirm that the money was transfer into their account. No money was allocated to my RCS card since then, RCS also debited a payment for August 2013. I phone RCS, where I was told they will cancel the debit order and allocate to my account. No response from RCS, I keep phoning every week. Where I was promise that a manager will phone me. Gailin is the last person I spoke to, I emailed my bank account where the money went from. I forward my statements to Gailin and inform Gailin that I received sms reminders to pay my account. Gailin only say I must ignore the sms and the finance department is busy allocating payment to my account, I received that e-mail on the 11 November 2013. Since then no payment to my account or feedback from Gailin. I spoke to the following consultants Allister, Sakina, Rashek, Polisha, Beousa and Sakina. No one can assist, they only tell the same story that the finance department is busy processing the payment or they can't find the pay.
