I just want to leave feedback of my great experience with NOMKHOSI this morning.
To put it it in a nutshell: I phoned King Price this morning to discuss a problem with my bank account and a debit order date (that resulted in a sleepless night!) and the consultant, NOMKHOSI, came up with a solution in no time. She had my policy amended there and then, and within 1 minute I received a confirmatiom SMS and 5 minutes later I received my updated policy schedule in my email inbox.
That's what I call GREAT SERVICE!!
