It is absolute disgusting how standard bank treats its clients.
I have a business acc with standard bank and have the biz launch product after many requests to have my business banker changed this still has not been done. I went in to increase some limits to sort things for my company. After getting poor service from the general service counter i was informed that i could not have the limits increased when asked why i was told that the business banker had declined the request with no valid reason. Asking who was my business banker was, i was told that it was Ndaba but i had requested this to be changed. The only thing i could do was a temp change with no care from this bank. This for me is the last straw and i can see why so many people are leaving this bank to go elsewhere where they do care about the customer and his/her needs.
