5 months since Accident and still no end in sight!

I had an accident on 26 April and to date my vehicle repairs have not been completed.

Exactly 4 months to the date, and I am still inconvenienced without my own vehicle. 3 different orders for parts have had to be placed with parts being ordered from Japan each time, delaying the process for 4 weeks. The panel beater of choice for First for Women is TC Panel Beaters, that have a reputation as unreliable, unprofessional and inefficient. This incident is a case in point.

First for Women have not been regular, open or transparent in their communication and have made no attempt to consider the impact of their poor decision making on their Clients.
