FNB is the wors and most exspensive bank in South Africa if not the world. part of that is there none delivery on promises as well os no response on actual complaints, 3 off them in total. I have now cancelled my patinium card and petrol card. Reasons as stated above. Please please dont ever convert to them nor bank at them you wil in no time flat be booked in at a mental instetute.
