Card Re-issue & PricingQueries complaints

1) Both my One account cards are expiring this month. Last month a guys called me and the call cut off. then i get 2 smses last week, 1 saying that FNB could NOT regrettably order a new petrol card. I then called their call centre and when i was finally put through the re-issue dept, Thanbang Ratlala confirmed that she ordered both for cards for me and that it would be available this week. So i have not since received a sms, and today i go to the Sandton CIty branch, just fine out that the cheque card was only just ordered today and that petrol wasnt, the consultant then ordered one for me and i had to sign the forms.

2) This week I got a sms about the pricing change eff. 1 July... the brochure says i have 2 options, but when i choose the pay-as-you-use option, i get a response saying it's not available to One account users. SO then WHY say i have 2 options, then the one option isnt available!? come one now WTH? dont waste my time, no really. All this after waiting a week for a response on my smartphone order to be rejected for stupid reasons...
Had about enough, I will be checking around for other bank products soi can switch!!! This is not a threat. Innovative bank my ____!!
