We have a register NPO and wanted to open an account, so we went to Northgate Nedbank. We were told that system is not working it was on Saturday, but we had to do all the paper work and they will call us with account number. Jabu Mahlangu gave us his contact details so we called a week after only to find that he does not work there anymore and I tried him on his cellphone and he told me that he got new job same Monday he was suppose to call us. I asked him about the documentation because other member called the bank and he was told that he didn't give me any documents. My corncern is we gave him all doc'sfor FICA what if that information is used for and there is high rate of traud lately. investigation on this should be done.
