I've been trying to lodge a claim with Hollard through FNB insurance for more than three weeks now.
First they managed to confuse a new claim with an already processed and payed out claim, even after I queried the identical reference numbers.
Then I had to lodge a complaint before anyone bothered to follow up on that.
After that the case was left with Hollard with no feedback or follow up.
The only response I got from my Premier Banker was a phone call to question why I complained about the service.
Where's the quality customer service from FNB I got used to? Why should I move my policy to FNB Insurance if you can't even broker a policy?
