on the 15th August 2013 I called into outsurance and I wanted to review my policy premiums. I was put through to Aadila Khalil. Aadila was was very helpful and professional. She managed to reduce my premuims by 25%. She also picked up an issue on my home insurance and promised to phone me back first thing the next morning. The next morning she called me. The issue on my premium was resolved. She helped increase my cover and still mamanged to reduce my premium even further. Her attitude as well as her efficiency was brilliant.
