I've been trying to lodge a claim with Hollard through FNB insurance for more than three weeks now.
The claims agent didn't bother to follow basic instructions and phone when I was actually available, or think to leave a message. Once I eventually got her contact details and phoned her, a promise was made that an assessor will contact me to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment has come, and I've received no confirmation.
Regardless of the fact that no claim has been registered and no assessment been undertaken, their recovery people are already hounding me for more information to recovery expenses they haven't even assessed yet, never mind paid out.
Shamefull, poor service.
