Paid off car account and from there I have been sent from pillar to post just to receive the papers, even drove through to their office only to still speak to a team leader over the phone from their reception. I was to by the call centre staff because I wanted to come fetch the papers myself but they said the papers are with the courier company only to find that the courier company does not even have my tracking number on their system. After all these years it's disgusting how Nedbank treats their clients. The worst was when I got to the office they still made me speak to them over the phone and ran a security check whilst I'm in the building. It' made me sick.
