I was in a smash a grab on 27 December 2013 the monday i phoned hollard with my claim details Dineo emailed me she needs a replacement list but when i send the list to her i got a email to say she is on leave i phoned hollard again first the callcentre could not understand what i was saying when i asked for the claims department then i was put through to three different people then a lady promissed a colleague of Dineo will phone me which off course did not happen i need to know what is happening with my claim i need to replace my laptop phone and camera but it does not help to try to phone hollard it is costing me a fortune u hold on forever then they put u thorugh from one to another person and dont phone back
