I would like to logged a formal complaint. I have called the head office this morning more than twice trying to reset the OTP and my new number must be updated. I then went to the Branch and gave them my email address but I don't receive the OTP on my email still. I am loosing hope on FNB as you always advertised your selves as the best Bank and I lost hope on that. Your LOGO " SAYS HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" but you guys cant help me.
