FNB call centre employees are very rude!!!

Today I called FNB looking for a department which is dealing with data bundles as two weeks back someone called me saying that FNB is giving a promotion of 1 GIG for R69 per month. that guy said he was going to call me the following day but he didn't. So today the employees where kept on transferring me on the wrong department for 45 minutes. i ended up loosing hope I hanged up the phone sinve my airtime was finishing for sweet nothing. FNB must change the logo of saying HOW CAN THEY HELP US because they.
