PERFECT EXAMPLE FOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I lodged a claim with 24Hour Mobility on 16 August 2013 for a lost cellphone and i was advised 20 August 2013 that my claim was rejected due to the fact that my claim was lodged way after 48 hours as stipulated and required by the insurer. I then called the insurer and i was put through to Khensani Maluleke and i explained why i lodged the claim late and he asked me to send my griviance i writting as well as attaching the supporting documents to state why i lodged the claim late. The manner which he handled my matter and the way he communicated with me calmed me down as i was frustrated. He listened to what the problem was before responding and he even kept in contact with me while the claim was reviewed and subsequently it was approved by the insurer.

I need to compliment both 24Hour mobilty and Khensani in this regard for the proffessionalism, manner and efficiency in the way my query was handled. This man is an asset and hope he will keep it up and hopefully his fellow staff members will take a leaf out of his book and i have already done that myself even though and i am not employed there.
