Countless Complaints! Still NO help! Frustrated!

I'm very disappointed at the fact that after trying so many times to get my OTP Number Changed, I'm still experiencing the same problem. The whole reason for me changing my number was to not use that SIM Card again, now every time I do a transfer online I have to switch SIM cards so I can get the OTP Pin, I went to the branch the guy told me he had changed it, Nothing! I've sent so many complaints and I've been called by 3people who sounded like they knew what they were doing and assured me that the Pin had changed but still nothing! The last person I spoke to told me to rather visit the branch they will be able to assist me but I've been there before! I went to the branch first! I can't believe you have no1 who can help me with changing my OTP Number to the current number I'm using! It is so frustrating and I'm actually sick of it! It's been months! IS THERE ANYONE AT FNB WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THIS?!
