I was just browsing the website and seeing if they will offer me a loan, but did not proceed according to me, as I saw that they had a monthly (or that is what I understood at the time) fee, which seemed rediculous, why would you apply for a loan & then have to pay an extra subscription fee. They are so tricky by letting you complete the whole form.
To my horror I had a debit order of R399 last month, I immediately called them & asked them to refund me as I did not accept the loan because it had a monthly fee attached, got the rudest response & was told to forget it I accepted the conditions & it's not a big deal the R399 is a yearly fee.
I called again & again I had the same rude non negotiable response, then I send an email explaining the whole situation and once again was brushed off and got what I consider a rude response. I emailed again stating my disbelieve and insisted on being refunded.
Got a short mail back saying to contact the call centre!! Why would I do that again after te previous responses and being rude to. I feel they just took my money and should give it back. They should also be investigated and be fined or something for this. I want MY money back!
