Poor Service from Alexandra Forbes

On the 26th of april 2013 i was in an accident, where i hit a pothole and damaged both my mags on the left hand-side of the car. The car was then taken-in for repairs and when i received it, I realised that the vehicle was not standing straight, shocks were replaced only on the left hand side of the vehichle. i tried to ask alex forbes to sort this problem out as the vehicle was staight before the accident, but no avail. Last month i received a call from alex forbes conducting their satisfaction survey and i voiced my dissatisfation with the service i been receiving. They agreed with me saying i would receive a call later that day to sort out my complaint, which i'm still waiting for. This lady Mitchell was handling my claim. she would send me amail to call her and when i do she would say shes busy and will call me later. Even my potfolio manager in Benoni was not intrested in helping me, insted last week she sends a price increase of R500 on my policy.
