I had an accident on 26/8/2013 afternoon. Contacted Outsuarance & Jathin helped in taking the details for my claim. On 27/8/2013 Jathin kept me updated about my car as well as my claim. Everything was done on the same day and I couldnt beleive it when I was contacted by the Panel Beater advising me that they have received authority from Outsurance to repair my car ON THE SAME DAY. Jathin kept me at is and assured me that everything will be allright and I beleive that.
