After reporting my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving with the administration of my Sanlam shares and also the non payment of dividends due to me I received a telephone call from Cathy Stadler within an hour and she promised to get the personnel from Computershare who administers the shares to contact me. This was done the following day when I received a call from Morieda Smith who assured me that the problem was receiving their urgent attention and that it would be sorted out. All administration problems were sorted out and I also received my outstanding dividend. I am very impressed with the professional way in which this matter was handled and cannot express my gratitude enough to both these ladies who took it upon themselves to solve the problem.
