Computershare
Issues with bank accounts

My wife have to supply bank details to Computershare for the annual payment of Sanlam dividends,
For some reason they will not accept her credit card account from ABSA, and she is not allowed to nominate my cheque account for this purpose,
We are now forced by some Sanlam Team Leader to either open an account (pay annual fees etc) for an annual dividend deposit,
or
My account must be "converted" to include her,

Are we living in a democratic society where we make decisions with regards to your financial business?
