What does it take to get car finance for Wesbank really coz I dont seem to get it right, I am a permanently employed IT consultant with a valid 5 year working permit only due fro renewal in 2018 and International drivers license and have banked with FNB for over 6 years. I recently found a car that I seriously wanted to buy and just cant seem to get any sort of approval whether via the dealership or online. trips to the main office on beyers naude have also been unsuccessful as no one can tell me why is my finance not being approved and I keep being referred to FNB who refer me back to Wesbank. Can someone please tell me what it takes to get a car finance really?? Yes i have missed a couple of payments here and there with my clothing account but i know people who have gotten immediate approval even with a worse credit record than me. and in any case car payments go out on debit order, non of which has ever bounced.
Someone help please.
