A complaint wes emailed to the Complaints dept. at MFC on 27/02/2013, and I have still not had any feedback. PLEASE REFER TO MY EMAIL WITH ALL ATTACHMENTS
I am an existing MFC client and have been for numerous years. I would like to express my utter disappointment with the unprofessional way my daughter's vehicle finance application was handled. She is a young upcoming 22 year old who wants to buy her first car, and to be told off in such a manner is totally unacceptable. The reason given for the decline is unfounded as we requested a report from Experion and there is absolutely no record of bad credit on her name. On what grounds is her application declined. What is your minimum criteria?? A full explanation is herewith requested. I recommended my daughter apply for finance at MFC, but given the way she has been treated, I will no longer support MFC in any way, and would definitely not recommend anyone doing business with MFC in future. My vehicle finance will be settled in the next month, as this is the vehicle my daughter is applying for finance for. After that, I will not be associated with MFC again. It is a disgrace!
