I went to STD Bank early Saturday morning with very dismal expectations regarding opening a new bank account. Reason being is my account was opened when I was 12yrs old and despite many an attempt my details were never updated thereby causing a large amount of confusion and frustration for bank employees as well as myself, until today... I spoke to Tarique briefly explaining what I needed and before I could tell him about all the problems and incorrect information on my profile he noticed it and within a few minutes had cleared it all up. This might seem like average work while reading this but to put it into perspective for you I have seen over a dozen consultants over the last 10years who have either told me they cannot help me at all or have put me through an excruciatingly mundane series of questioning and searching for documents that I would never be able to supply only to tell me the same thing. Tarique, was not only competent enough to see this but also had the savvy to fix it for me within 10 -15 minutes. To top that off he assisted with a smile and great sense of humor that made me feel as though i could relax in a usually stressful environment.
