Good day,

This morning I went to the garage to pour gas, I then tried to withdraw cash from the newly opened cheque account with FNB.

To my surprise I was greeted by "Transaction Cannot be processed, account frozen" message. Do you know how embarrassing it is to stand there helpless with NO cash because your bank messed you up.

I called the FNB on 2013-08-19 14:28:48 to confirm if the account was active and I can deposit money on it, the agent said yes he activated it and I will be able to use the account.

Now I am not a new customer, I have more than one account with you and yet I get this treatment, you pride yourselves on helping people - what help have shown me?

...and Mr. Kekana I felt was an inconvenience to you when I called your cell phone - you seemed uninterested and lacked any care or sympathy, that is why I did not call you back.

I called a friend to come help me pay - I wonder if you treat everyone like this or it's just the few who don't matter.
