I called the fnb Call center on Thursday in connection with a cheque I tried to apply for online, This lady answered and unfortunately my application had not gone through successfully, however, she efficiently helped me open a cheque Acc telephonicaly and explained all she had to as well responded professionally to my questions. Even though I haven't received a call back from FNB, I'm happy that at least I'm one step closer to having my cheque Acc with FNB and as for the exceptional service she gave to me, I AM STICKING WITH FNB FOR A VERRRRY LONG TIME... More consultants like her should be assisting clients and people like her can be developed into someone way much better and make their Company a better place... Thank you FNB

Now all tha't left is that call back I'm still waiting fo
