THE SO CALLED MONEY BACK WHEN YOU PUT IN PETROL AT BP.
AFTER NOT GETTING MY CASH BACK I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I SUPPOSEDLY HAD CANCELLED MY VITALITY DRIVE.THE CONSULTANT SAID THAT SHE WOULD RE ACTIVATE IT, A WEEK LATER I CALL TO FIND OUT NOTHING WAS DONE. THIS SEEMS TO BE A PLOY TO GET PEOPLE TO JOIN AND NOT GIVE THEM THE CASH BACK, OF WHICH I AM SURE THAT IS THE REASON FOR PEOPLE JOINING. I SUPPOSE I CAN KISS THE CASH BACK GOODBYE AS THEY HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN A WEEK TO CORRECT THE SYSTEM, NOW I NEED TO TAKE THE DEVICE BACK AS IT IS SUPPOSEDLY NOT WORKING. NO FEED BACK AFTER PREVIOUS ENQUIRIES YOU ONLY FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WHEN YOU CALL A WEEK LATER TO CHECK.. WILL BE CANCELLING ALL DISCOVERY PRODUCTS AS I DONT TRUST THEM ANY LONGER
